Today we went down to Troy after church to visit with my family. Even though I really hate going so long without seeing them, it really makes for a wonderful visit. My grandmother's cooking tastes even greater than I remember.
My mom actually let me take a picture of here today with out making a crazy face of doing some sort of cleaning product demonstration. Isn't she gorgeous! Inside and out I tell ya! I can't wait to spend more time together over the holidays. Love you Momma!

Fall Festival
Halloween is right up Grey's alley. We pretty much dress up every day around here. Frazer had an excellent Fall Festival with lots of fun games, bouncy houses, and a puppet show.
Grey's good buddy coincidentally dressed as Woody. It was so appropriate.
Little Charlie Brown didn' t know what to think.

Grey's Fall Party
I'm so behind on blogging! I've taken lots of pictures lately of what we've been up to so stay tuned!
On Oct. 30, Mrs. Close's 3-year old class had a fall party. It was so fun to actually go into Grey's class and play with all of his sweet friends. We started off with a craft, making paper bags for the kids to take around to each game station. After games we really enjoyed the cutest cupcakes and cookies ever! I hate I didn't get a picture. I was too busy eating.
Mrs. Close's 3-Year Old Class
I loved Grey's bag so much I just had to take a picture. Each child was given a sack and a sheet of stickers to decorate. Grey decided to make his bag look like Frankenstein by putting the swirl stickers on the sides. I was so proud of his creativity!
These little hanging pumpkins were so fun and easy to make. You can get instructions here.
I'm telling you I love these owls!

Granny
We were so honored to have Granny travel all the way from St. Stephens, Alabama on Saturday to see our family. She is such a joy to be around and our boys LOVE her! If we are ever blessed with a sweet baby girl we know what her name will be! As Marc helped Granny to the car I caught these few precious moments. Although he complains constantly because I take so many pictures I'm pretty sure he will thank me for this one day.

Pumpkin Patch
On Wednesday, Pop and Marc were able to join Grey's 3-year old class on their field trip to the Pumpkin Patch in Union Springs www.dreamfieldfarms.com. I though Marc did such a great job of grabbing some pictures with our little point and shoot.
Visits
On Tuesday of this week I left for a 3 day Christian conference, Catalyst. More on that to come—I'm still trying to process it all. While away, my mother and father-in-law stayed with Marc and the boys. They had such great chance to visit and I'm sure my little ones kept them very busy. This morning Granny, Marc's Grandmother was able to visit for a few hours along with his sister and our nieces and nephews. They always have such a blast playing with each other.
While in Cuba
While Marc was in Cuba I had to find stuff to do for 10 days. I would be lying if I said I wasn't super nervous to have the kids by myself for that long. The day after Marc left Grey celebrated his birthday at Frazer Kindergarten. It was so sweet to see my big boy up on stage at chapel. That afternoon we left for Eufaula for some great times with my parents and little brother. The week flew by as we spent several evenings with good friends. Once again I don't know what I'd do without friends and family!
Cuba
As you can see I'm WAY behind on my blogging! After 10 days in Cuba, Marc arrived home last Saturday night around 11 p.m. We were so excited to see him and see how God moved on his trip! While there he helped in restoring a Methodist seminary. I've attached some pictures below. We haven't really had time to talk about what all happened because Tuesday I left for Catalyst in Atlanta. I might have him on the blog as a guest writer soon. HA!

Dear Friends
Grey's birthday party was Saturday and boy did we have fun! He was an absolute angel, greeting all of his friends and not showing that shy side that he sometime does. Even though the weather was no good I couldn't help but to be filled with joy looking around the house filled with all of Grey's closest friends, their parents, and our family. I can't help but to think back to when Grey turned one. We had been in Montgomery for one year and I longed for close friends to share such a special moment with. Our wonderful families were there to help celebrate but I couldn't think of any friends in town that could join us. Marc and I then began to pray for Christ centered friendships. We asked that the Lord bring friends into our lives that were close like so many couples we experienced friendship with in college. My God is good! It brings tears to my eyes to think of the blessings we have received. Thank you Lord for your love, your grace, and your greatness. Thank you friends for your talents, your acceptance, and most of all your friendship.
These are a few pictures taken by our dear friend Suzanne. www.suzannewilliamsphotography.com
First year he blew the candles out all by himself!
Nothing like a little leaf blowing on a rainy day with 17 of my closest friends! My cousin Quinn will be so proud!

Tractor Fun!
Today was Grey's birthday party. I cannot believe my little love bug is already turning 4! His gift from all of our family, grandparents and great-grandparents was this tractor. I'm pretty sure it has many miles to ride! Anderson even loved riding in the trailer! Thanks MawMaw, Re, PaPaw, Mimi, Pop, MaMa and Granddaddy. We love you very much!

Morning Downtown
Today we had two goals—have fun and don't spend any money! We decided to pack a lunch a head down to Old Alabama Town for a picnic and play time. The weather was just right. After lunch we went to the River walk to let Grey run off some steam. There are so many great textures and colors to take pictures with. As we were leaving Grey begged to play in the splash pad, so we did! Needless to say, both boys are sacked out.
